Refund policy

Returns Policy:

Kesari provides gift card issuance only. We do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Returns will be accepted up to 3 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO SIGNIFICANT REQUIREMENTS

  1. Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and the funds from expired cards will not be  reimbursed or credited.
  2. This Gift Card is valid for 60 days.
  3.  Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
  4. The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
  5. The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
  6. If you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, please send us a video. Start  recording from when you tear open the sealed tamper-proof bag until the package is fully opened. This will help us solve the issue quickly.
  7. For sizing issue post wearing photo is mandatory.
  8. Items that came with a free gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items.
  9. Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  10. Replacement is possible with same product only for damage / incorrect item post  unboxing video is received
  11. In the event that a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be substituted with a gift card exclusively.
  12. Gift wrapping services are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, and we do not  accept returns for sale items.
  13. All our products come in one standard size, which is specified in the product  descriptions on our website.
  14. If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
  15. The return retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.
  16. Once the product is delivered at our end and the gift card will be issued within next 24 working hours on email post going through quality check.
  17. The return once initiated it takes 7-10 working days to get it delivered at our  warehouse.  
  18. Return is allowed only once.
  19. Gift card amount will be issued of same value for which you have purchased.
  20. Return won't be initiated for the gift card orders
  21. The product which is bought using gift card can not be returned.

We retain the right to deny the return of the Product if Kesari deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameters.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ORDER

·        To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free return experience, we've outlined the steps and guidelines below for returning products purchased from our website:

  •  Visit our website and locate the "Return” at the top
  • Complete the Return Request form by providing the following information:
  • Enter your Order Number
  • Input your Email ID/Mobile Number
  • Choose the reason for return and select the product. Additionally, upload a video/ photo in accordance with the chosen reason.
  • Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be accepted within the next 24 working hours. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you may receive a rejection message.
  • After the return process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, gift card will be issued within the next 24 working hours, as per your request.

Damage Policy:

A product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, a replacement will be provided. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Note: We do not offer refunds for damaged products, only replacements.

Exchanges:

Please be advised that exchanges are valid only for 3 days post-delivery. Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packaging with tags. A fee of ₹80 will be charged for exchanges and reverse logistics. For exchange-related queries, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8140402004 (Avg reply time: 3 hours).

 

How to use Kesari Gift Card


1.Apply the Kesari Jewels gift card at the checkout page on our website.

2.Enter the code received via email.

3.The amount will be deducted from your total.

4.Validity: The gift card is valid for 60 Days.

Cancellation

For all COD & Prepaid orders, please note once orders are shipped we won’t be able to cancel. For prepaid orders , we will provide Gift card  ( Please note that we do not offer Bank Refund )
